By downloading or using Clubroom ("the app"), you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the app collects.

The app

Clubroom is provided to help clubs and pubs organise leagues and knockouts. It's provided "as is" — we make no guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Your data

League, team, player and result data you enter is yours. It's stored locally on your device by default. If you use the optional player-submission feature, some data is temporarily held on our servers as described in the Privacy Policy — you can delete it at any time by revoking the relevant player link, or letting it expire.

In-app purchases

Clubroom offers two types of purchase, both processed by Apple through the App Store and shown with their actual price before you buy:

• Remove Ads — a one-time, non-renewing purchase that removes ads from the app permanently on your Apple ID.
• Cloud Services — a monthly auto-renewing subscription that enables pushing fixtures/standings to players and collecting their submitted results. It renews automatically each month at the price shown in the app unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time via your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from the App Store. You can restore previous purchases from the app's paywall screen at any time.

Advertising

Free-tier use of the app shows non-personalised ads served by Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
